The building, rooms, hallways, ect., were absolutely beautiful and clean. We have stayed in other hotels in Salt Lake before, but the Sheraton is my absolute favorite so far. All the employees were so polite and helpful and the bed was amazing. We have been spoiled with our bed that we purchased a few years ago, other than not being able to adjust the bed itself, it was almost as comfortable as our bed we have at home. Thank you for your cleanliness and great hospitality.

Checkin was absolutely seemless, exceeded expectations! The staff was wonderful, especially for it being 1:30AM. Very welcoming! She gave us vouchers for free breakfast, gave us free parking, and extended our checkout time to 2 pm at no extra cost! The room smelled new, was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we had an excellent view of the city from our balcony! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Salt Lake in the future!

Great location in downtown, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable and fitness center was great by hotel standards. Staff were always friendly and polite. The beautiful lobby with the fireplace is a great place to do some work or enjoy a coffee and seemingly endless supply of free cookies. I would definitely stay there again.

The mountain views were beautiful from the room. It was nice to have a balcony to enjoy the warm weather and view. Parking lot and hotel was easily accessible. Location was great. A few blocks away and only a short walk were many restaurants. The rooms were clean, modern, high-quality, and nice to be in. The staff were friendly. The cleaning service greeted you with a smile. The gift shop cashier was also very friendly and accommodating. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was a bonus too!

The location was great!! It was down town and close to everything we wanted to do and see.

Was never told that there was a brkfst. Had to eat in the restaurant. However, the buffet plates were dirty and I was told there were "stains", I told them no there are bits of food on them.
